The Immortal Construct strikes fiercely and tries to ward itself to limit harm against it, but can often end up harming itself with its own setup. Focus on dodging the Construct's attacks and reacting to the state of the Construct's wards to make its own plans implode.
At intervals during the fight, the Construct will take to the air, absorbing Pyro energy before converting some of its own health into a segmented ward. Like the one used by the Radiant Moongecko, the current HP segment must be completely destroyed before the next segment can be damaged, and damage will not carry over between segments (so you can't obliterate all of the segments with one hit). While these wards are active, the Construct will heal itself any time it connects with its attacks. However, the drawback for the Construct is that if an HP segment is destroyed, the Construct will be staggered out of any attack it was performing (save for a Scorching Radiance attack we'll get to). Paying attention to the current segment's durability can let you halt the Construct's attacks just by retaliating.
Note that the Construct's abilities are susceptible to Stellar Glimmer (i.e. Stellar-Conduct and Stellar-Swirl) reactions: if affected by a Stellar reaction when generating its HP segments, the Construct will collapse near the end of the ward creation process and lose some of its HP segments. Additionally, the Construct's health recovery on hit will be disabled if a Stellar-Glimmer reaction is affecting it.
The Construct primarily fights you with its wings and talons. If it turns to the side and readies its wings, it will perform a pair of wing swipes before looping around in the air to perform a circular strike. Dash in time with or away from the first two wing swipes, then either stay out of range or time another dash to the circular strike. The circular sweep takes long enough that you can get an attack in while the Construct is still getting ready.
The wing and circular sweep attacks are not restricted to this combo pattern: singular wing strikes may be used, and the circular sweep may be used as a counterattack if an HP segment is broken. (This does not, however, prevent the counterattack sweep itself from being stopped by a broken segment.)
If you're to the side of the Construct, it may rear up one wing to perform a turnaround swing with that wing - dash in time with it or away from it.
If the Construct raises its talons and a gleam appears on a talon, one or two forward claw swipes will be performed. Either time dashes to each, or stay out of range.
If the Construct roars and expands its wings, it will take flight before performing a straight-line ramming attack in your direction. Run to the side and dash away from the Construct once it gets close. The Construct may perform this twice in a row.
Once the Construct is brought close to 2 remaining HP segments (or has had its segmented ward up for long enough), it will begin gathering Pyro energy to execute Scorching Radiance. This unleashes a very powerful Pyro blast around the Construct, but destroys all of the Construct's remaining HP segments on use. Breaking all of the Construct's remaining HP segments will cancel the blast. Cancelling this blast is not necessarily required - the blast can be dodged with a single dash or Elemental Burst timed to the Construct's wing flap leading into the explosion.
Try to be mindful of when you're breaking HP segments or attacking with substantial force. You'll want to consider not only how this interrupts the Construct's attacks, but that the Construct will also stagger backwards with each broken segment. Repeated staggers may shove the Construct out of any placed Bursts if you don't control them well.
If you don't have the resources to break the final segments before a Scorching Radiance explosion occurs, simply focus on gathering energy or other resources instead - as long as you deal with the explosion correctly, the Construct breaks its own segments for you here, meaning you can focus on attacking after the ward is gone.
