Finding the Right Balance between Alone Time and Friendships

How much time alone is enough, and when does it tip into too much? In this video I share my own relationship with solitude: why I need space to think, how having kids changed that, and how it's shifting again now that they're growing up. I talk about the risk of relying on just one or two people for connection, why it's worth investing in friendships before you need them, and small ways to protect both your alone time and your social life as life stages change.
