How to interpret a HSQC NMR Spectrum.

In this tutorial we look at the advantages of using a DEPT-edited-HSQC over HSQC and HMQC. We also introduce DEPTQ for looking at carbon 13 spectra and how that can be utilised with the DEPT-ed-HSQC spectrum. This is part 1 of a 2 part tutorial on HSQC. In this tutorial we analyse menthol and in part 2 we look at the tripeptide that was analysed in the NOESY tutorial.
