4 Days in the Mountains

This weekend we backpacked for 4 days in the Eastern High Sierras. We crossed over Kearsarge Pass- a major entry point for the far south of the mountain range, swam in alpine lakes, and caught AND cooked trout for dinner. This part of the backcountry is my personal favorite, and what I often recommend to people looking for a quick peek into California's most breathtaking views.
