He wasn't. in Matthew 23, JESUS stands in the loudest room He ever walked into and turns His fury on the men who tie up heavy burdens and lay them on other people's shoulders. not on the exhausted. on the ones who built the scale. and then, in Matthew 11, He holds out the other thing: "my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." He doesn't say there is no yoke. He says the yoke is His — and a yoke is built for two. if what you've been carrying never once let you be enough, He already told you where it came from. not from Him.
