Passing the Torch: Christian’s First Main Event | Alex Volkanovski & The CMBT Volk Bar Launch

Seven years ago Christian debuted on my main-event card. Tonight it's his main event. Fight day with the CMBT boys. We start with a sweat-out at the gym, cook with Volk at Gemelli, hit the CMBT Volk bar launch at 7-Eleven Burleigh, then head to Eternal MMA for Christian Lapham's first main event. He's lived with me since he was a teenager, he doesn't drink, doesn't party, and his eyes have never left the UFC. Along the way I talk about what Fighting Fathers is actually for: getting dads into a gym in the crisis period after a family breakdown, when they're most likely to make a decision that costs them time with their kids.
