Growing up in mumbai, seasons were less about the weather changing and more about the festivals we celebrated. but here in london, the season itself feels like the event. it has made me think a lot lately about the forgotten art of noticing things—finding joy in the smell of cinnamon in warm coffee, the taste of freshly baked banana bread, and the comfort of a warm mug of desi masala milk.
