Railroad Crossing | Ilka Switch Rd, Seguin, TX

🗓 Date: 11/16/24 🛤 Line: UP Glidden Subdivision ✭✭✭ After catching this train in Marion, I decided to chase it eastbound. Making use of Interstate 10, I was easily able to beat the train to this crossing on the east side of Seguin. Here we see this one-of-a-kind lashup for a second time. This crossing is a fairly standard one, featuring the usual pair of 1990s Western Cullen Hayes gates presumably installed by the Southern Pacific. The original bells and light heads have been replaced at this crossing as well.
