🚗🙏 A Hectic Family Trip to Nanjangud & Chamundi Hill | Mudi Kododu, Temple Darshan & Lots of Drama 😂❤️ This vlog starts with Triveni taking over the vlog! 😂 While I was busy playing with my daughter, Triveni tells me, “Stop playing and go get ready! Your brother, aunt and uncle are waiting for you in Channapatna!” We were getting ready for a special family trip to Nanjangud and Mysore Chamundi Hill. The main purpose of this trip was to perform my first daughter’s Mudi Kododu (hair offering) ritual, a traditional way of offering a child’s hair to God. 🙏❤️ Since Triveni is recovering after her recent delivery, she stayed back at home to take rest while I travelled with my daughter, my father-in-law and other family members. And before I could even leave, Triveni had already started complaining about my usual habits! 😂 She reminded me that I always take too much time in the bathroom, take my phone with me, take forever to get ready and then make everyone late! 😅 We packed our daughter’s small travel bag with fruits, dry fruits and everything she needed. After saying goodbye to Triveni, we started our journey towards Channapatna. One of Triveni’s family members travelled with us till Channapatna and then continued by auto because she gets a vomiting sensation while travelling in the car. Then came the EV charging disaster! 😭🔋 We stopped near Madhur Highway to charge our car, but unfortunately, all the charging stations were occupied. I ended up waiting for almost an hour, getting completely frustrated and irritated! 😂 This was honestly one of those moments where I started questioning my EV decision! As usual, our little daughter had her own plans. 😅 She wanted chocolates, started throwing tantrums, and obviously… Daddy had to buy them! 🍫😂 After that, we reached Mallana Mulle, where we performed pooja near the Kapila River, offered our prayers and took blessings from Nandi and Kaleshwara. 🙏 Then we finally reached Nanjangud for my daughter’s special Mudi Kododu ritual. After offering her hair, we visited the famous Nanjundeshwara Temple, where we were lucky to get VIP entry and had darshan. We also performed Tula Bharam, another traditional offering to the deity. 🙏❤️ I also talk about the history and beautiful old architecture of this ancient temple. The carvings were amazing, but the heat was absolutely crazy! 🥵 Trying to manage my daughter in that heat while carrying her in one hand and recording the vlog with the other was honestly exhausting! 😂 She was not ready to go with anyone else, so it became a full-on Daddy duty day! ❤️ We then had Annadaasoha (free temple meal) at Nanjangud before heading towards Chamundi Hill, Mysore. And guess what? Our daughter wanted toys again! 😂🧸 I kept telling her, “First let’s go see Chamundeshwari Amma, then I’ll buy you whatever you want!” But she definitely wasn’t in the mood to listen to Daddy! 😅 At Chamundi Hill, we once again got VIP entry and had a beautiful darshan of Goddess Chamundeshwari. 🙏❤️ During the journey, Trishul and Yoshita also had some really cute and funny couple moments — laughing, teasing each other and, of course, their little fights! 😂❤️ Finally, we returned home and met Triveni.
