R-Type Tactics I - Stage 55 (No Commentary)

We've returned to our training grounds on the lunar surface, and it's similar enough: no fog of war again, with an array of mines blocking our way. But unlike before, these mines are Enemy and not Neutral, so the enemy force (a full half dozen Charons! Yikes) can move through them without getting bogged down by zone of control like we do. It would be a threat if the Charon wasn't so close ranged and slow to charge their nasty Bounce Lightning Wave Cannon. Kick em to the curb, we're almost home free! That size is to fit a capital ship-grade missile pod behind those intimidating false eyes. It packs a fierce punch in melee too, with a set of Beam Claws.
