Taiwan: September 2025 Part V (Kaohsiung)

We have a change of plans. Super typhoon Ragasa has meant we could not fly to Hong Kong as intended. We pivot and take the High Speed Train to Kaohsiung a large port city in the south of Taiwan. We explore the Art District by Pier 2 and are delighted by what we find.
