Christmas in the Netherlands 2025

In this video we take Grandad with us to visit Alastair in Leiden. We walk all over Leiden - thousands of steps, but who's counting? We enjoy the historic Burcht van Leiden - surprisingly difficult to find considering it is so big. With Leiden as our base, we take day trips to Rotterdam to see the Markthal, the Cube Houses, Oudehaven and catch a Sparta Rotterdam football game at Het Kasteel (the Castle). We take another day trip to Den Haag (The Hague). We enjoy the sights of the government buildings and the farmers market across the Hofvijver.
