[EN] In this fourth woodworking ASMR video, you can follow the entire process of making a grooved board used to shape traditional Sardinian gnocchetti, known as malloreddus. The board, called "Sa Tauledda de is Malloreddus" in the Sardinian language, is crafted from a piece of strawberry tree wood (corbezzolo). The strawberry tree, known in Sardinian as "Olioni", is an iconic plant of the Mediterranean scrub, famous for its red autumn berries and for its rare and prized bitter honey. Its wood is extremely hard, dense, and compact: traditionally, it was used to craft small utensils, durable handles, and for firewood on special occasions. I work the wood using hand tools such as carving knives, gouges, and rasps, alongside electric saws, routers, and a lathe for certain steps. However, the real stars are the authentic sounds of the craft: no voice, no music, only the sound of tools against wood and the slow shaping of an object that embodies the history and scents of our land. In this video, you can hear every stage: cutting the timber with an electric saw, roughing out the shape, crafting the finer details of the board, the final grooving, and the carved decorations. [IT] In questo quarto video ASMR dedicato alla lavorazione del legno, puoi seguire l'intero processo di realizzazione di una tavoletta rigata per dare la forma ai tipici gnocchetti sardi, i malloreddus. La tavoletta, chiamata in sardo "Sa Tauledda de is Malloreddus", è stata ricavata da un pezzo di legno di corbezzolo. Il corbezzolo, conosciuto in sardo come "Olioni", è una pianta simbolo della macchia mediterranea, celebre per i suoi frutti rossi autunnali e per il rarissimo e pregiato miele amaro. Il suo legno è estremamente duro, denso e compatto: tradizionalmente veniva impiegato per la realizzazione di piccoli utensili, manici resistenti e per il fuoco delle grandi occasioni. Lavoro il legno con attrezzi manuali, come coltelli da intaglio, sgorbie e raspe, affiancati in alcuni passaggi da seghe elettriche, fresatrici e il tornio. I protagonisti restano però i suoni autentici della lavorazione: nessuna voce, nessuna musica, solo il suono degli strumenti sul legno e il lento prendere forma di un oggetto che racchiude la storia e i profumi della nostra terra.
