Today I'm sharing my winter night time routine complete with my favorite winter dinner recipe, a delicious hearty winter soup! This is a soup that I grew up eating in Panama called Sancocho and it's a comfort food for me that brings nothing but good memories. I hope you enjoy it! After that hour is up, add the rest of the ingredients to the pot, fill the rest of the pot up with water, bring to a boil then turn the heat down to medium and cook for another 1-2 hrs.
