Dudley is without a doubt the unluckiest character in the Macy's Parade, from costume bloopers to his big balloon blunder, Dudley couldn't catch a break could he? After his accident he was removed early and never appeared again in following years, leaving him as one of the few units to never reach Herald Square. He has technically been there in his test flight, but never in the actual parade. Join me as we look at the in depth lore of the creation of the Dudley balloon, from the design process to the balloon's disappointing debut. I hope you guys enjoy this episode.
