A good warmup can be any tennis player’s secret weapon as it increases your range of motion and helps you build your endurance and mobility. Follow along with Certified Personal Trainer, Coach Kim, as she shows us her 10 minute stretching routine to take your warmup routine to the next level!

Shoulder Stretch with Rotation: 1:36-2:02
