Slow down, unwind and release tension in the shoulders with this intentional series of deep stretches and therapeutic poses designed to ease tight shoulders and neck. WE move slowly, and go deep into these stretches, some may feel intense on very tight shoulders, be mindful and gentle with yourself. Don't force or push but rather allow things to unfold naturally. This is great for beginners. If you have sensitive knees I recommend a blanket under the knees and a bolster under the hips when needed. Set up your hammock at hip heigh from a kneeling position. If you have very tight shoulders, try a little lower. Lets unwind together!
