Going the wrong way on a one way system. Really annoying cyclist behaviour.

Going the wrong way on a one way system. Really annoying cyclist behaviour. This is what happens when Spalding cyclists drive cars. No high vis. No lights on. Dark clothing. Using the path. No helmet. Ignoring one way signs. Shocking cyclist behaviour. Drivers would never do this. PK11 VPP
