Day 6 of “The God Who Fulfills Our Desires” listens to Psalm 90:14-17, a prayer that does not deny suffering. After pleading for God's compassion, the psalmist asks to be satisfied each morning with steadfast love, to rejoice after days of affliction and to see God's work revealed to future generations. Its closing petition is deeply practical: “Establish the work of our hands.” We do our part, but ask God to give lasting worth to our labour. This is not a guarantee that every plan succeeds. It is an invitation to seek work shaped by wisdom, goodness and God's purpose. In Jesus our Saviour, God's promises find their Yes; His saving love gives hope beyond temporary success. Bring Christ your unfinished efforts, family responsibilities, financial worries and weary heart. Pray for renewed joy, honest work, wise opportunities and strength to persevere. Even before circumstances change, His mercy can begin anew. This original Malayalam Catholic reflection and prayer is made by real people, with real voices and genuine human editing.
