🇫🇷 - Sisimiut est une ville située dans le centre-ouest du Groenland, sur la côte est du détroit de Davis, à environ 320 km au nord de la capitale, Nuuk. Sisimiut signifie en groenlandais « la colonie près des terriers de renard ». Lors de la fondation de la ville, les Danois lui donnèrent le nom d'Holsteinsborg. 🇬🇧 - Sisimiut is a town located in west-central Greenland, on the eastern coast of the Davis Strait, approximately 320 km north of the capital, Nuuk. In Greenlandic, Sisimiut means "the settlement near the fox burrows." When the town was founded, the Danes named it Holsteinsborg. 🇮🇩 - Sisimiut adalah sebuah kota yang terletak di bagian barat-tengah Greenland, di pantai timur Selat Davis, sekitar 320 km di utara ibu kota, Nuuk. Dalam bahasa Greenland, Sisimiut berarti "pemukiman di dekat sarang rubah." Ketika kota ini didirikan, bangsa Denmark menamainya Holsteinsborg.
