I Came Here for the Pandas | Chengdu, China

I came to Chengdu for the pandas, but ended up discovering a lot more than that. In the final video of my China series, we explore Chengdu beyond the usual tourist stops — from People's Park and its famous matchmaking corner, to Kuanzhai Alley, giant pandas and red pandas, Chengdu's electronics markets, Sichuan hot pot, riverfront nightlife, traditional gardens, temples, karaoke and plenty of unexpected moments along the way. Chengdu was our final stop in China, and after travelling from rural towns to some of the country's biggest and most futuristic cities, it felt like a fitting place to finish the trip.
