The Whistler "Avarice" (November 29, 1942)

Sunday Night Radio from our 1940s Home.. A wealthy woman appears to have been murdered by arsenic-laced ice cream! But who is the culprit? Many people have the means, motive, and opportunity. Her husband John (who purchased the arsenic) is in deep debt, the housekeeper who discovered the body called the police instead of the doctor, and Mrs. Abbott‘s sister Nita (who served the ice cream) is in love with John! #thewhistler #oldtimeradiomysteries #oldtimeradio #thewhistlerradio #thewhistleravarice #vintagemystery #vintagecrime #otr #mystery #crimedrama #1942radio #wartimeradio
