TRESPASSED - CITY OFFICER INTERVENES IN PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST

Gathering video and audio content at the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families at 907 E. Harney St., Vancouver, WA. on March 6th, 2023. I had received tips and leads that there was a serious problem with DCYF being transparent in their records request process, and I was not left wanting for terrible behavior on behalf of the DCYF staff while attempting to complete a public records request. A city police officers intervenes in the PRR process, and more. The government needs to learn that the Press need to have access to report on their behavior so We can all hold them to account.
