Conducting a story at the Clark County Public Utilities @ 8600 NE 117th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98662 on September 21st, 2023. I was there following tips and leads about a disability discrimination incident that allegedly occurred back in April against a woman trying to get a PRR and get records.
