Residents bring the town of Ngqeleni in Eastern Cape to a standstill over service delivery issues

Residents of ward 26 in the Nyandeni municipality in the Eastern Cape have brought the small town of Ngqeleni to a standstill. They are demanding to be a standalone municipality, citing lack of service delivery as the reason.
