31 Days of Halloween Movies: Day 22 - "Rumours"

10/22/26 31 Days of Halloween Movies Challenge Day 22 "Rumours" Netflix World leaders gather for the G7 conference, as they gathered for their last meal together at the event, everyone disappeared. Not knowing what happened, while also trying to complete their combined speech, they attempt to figure out what exactly happened while being helpless due to the privilege they are accustomed too. Cate Blanchett stars as the German Prime Minister, and as much as I love her, this movie didn't do it for me. It was just all over the place, never really giving a clear explanation as to what is going on. It's supposed to be a horror comedy, but it neither scared me or made me laugh. The vocabulary in many places was way above my pay scale, but if you like that sort of thing, go for it. It just didn't hit the mark for me, and I doubt if I ever watch it again. 2 out of 5 stars on Netflix
