Lexus GX550 Titanium Axle Dump Exhaust Installation Guide + Sound Test

The NYTOP Titanium Axle Dump Exhaust is a lightweight, direct bolt-on replacement for the factory rear axle-back exhaust section on the 2024+ Lexus GX550, 2024+ Toyota Land Cruiser LC250, and 2025+ 6th Gen Toyota 4Runner. Made from 3-inch diameter titanium tubing and weighing only 6 lbs, it saves approximately 10–15 lbs compared to the factory rear exhaust while improving rear clearance for off-road use. NYTOP’s proprietary modular exhaust flange design allows the same exhaust assembly to fit all three platforms. The included exhaust flange spacer is used for the GX550 only. No cutting or trimming is required for installation. On the Lexus GX550, our testing showed approximately a 15-20% increase in overall exhaust volume with a slightly deeper tone. Idle volume increased by approximately 10 dB, while top-end volume increased by approximately 15 dB. On the Toyota Land Cruiser LC250 and 6th Gen Toyota 4Runner, which share the same 2.4L turbo powertrain, the exhaust produces a more subtle increase of approximately 5-10% in overall volume, with a slightly deeper tone. Testing showed an increase of approximately 5 dB at idle and 7 dB at the top end.
