In the third part of our recap of the entire Gears of War franchise, we covered the events of Gears of War 3: RAAM's Shadow and Gears of War 1. Here in part 4, we're going to move on to events of Gears of War 2 and Road to Ruin. Coming off the original's massive success, Epic Games had its work cut out for it. The stakes were made higher and far more personal, and even if the ending left some wanting, there's no denying the sheer scale of the conflict (and the shocking results it would have).
