By a quiet spring and beneath the stones, Master Wu Na takes up her qin and sings *Yangguan San Die*. The qin notes ring clear, like a spring emerging from a secluded ravine; her voice lingers low and soft, like wild geese passing across the boundless sky. As the ancient melody rises, the mountains seem to fall still, and the whispers of the forest recede into the distance. An old tune, flowing through the centuries, carries the sorrow of parting upon the autumn waters and entrusts its deepest sentiments to the ancient pines.
