Part of Your Belly After 50 Isn't Fat — It's Anterior Pelvic Tilt. 3 Chair Moves Fix It
Part of what you see when you look down at your belly after 50 may not be fat. It may be a forward-tilted pelvis (anterior pelvic tilt). In this video I explain what that means and show you 3 simple chair moves you can do sitting down, with no floor work and no getting up and down.
Try the mirror test first: stand sideways, gently tuck your tailbone under, and see if your lower belly contour changes.
This is not a fat-loss video. These moves are about posture, how your belly sits, and how your lower back feels.
🪑 What you need
A sturdy chair with no wheels, ideally placed against a wall. If your balance is not steady, skip the leg-hover and keep both feet on the floor.
💬 Tell me in the comments: when you stand up straight, does your lower back arch hard? Type ARCH or NO ARCH.
