साधना को पहली जगह दें, बाकी सब सहज हो जाएगा | Anandmurti Gurumaa

Fix your Sadhana timings without compromise, and the rest of life becomes simpler. Param Pujya Gurudev Anandmurti Gurumaa speaks of the continuity of sadhana: it comes only to the one for whom it matters more than anything else, and it needs a longing and vairagya within. Put it second, she says, and the mind, the intellect and the relationships all suffer, and the scolding comes from every side. She says that one who practises sadhana well learns and does things much faster, because a meditative person thinks, understands and applies what they know with more clarity. Where we are emotionally attached, that is where we hurt most. A person who is calm within has something to give, while one who is troubled passes the trouble on. Satsang, too, has a price tag, and it is one's own punya. Pujya Gurudev closes on the one thing that is hard: the regularity of sadhana. #regularsadhana #meditation #satsang #anandmurtigurumaa #innerpeace You can email your spiritual questions for revered Gurudev Anandmurti Gurumaa to samvaad@gurumaa.com - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Get your daily dose of wisdom!
