Halo! My name is Timmy, I'm from Vietnam. A guy who really loves urban rail systems, and if you follow my channel closely, you surely know that I mostly posted videos about urban rail stations in Singapore because I had stayed there for 2 years, and then in my hometown - Hanoi. And now it's time for the city where I'm working: the capital of Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur, which has a modern and convenient metro train system, playing a significant role in serving the travel needs of the people living here. This is my video recording about Kelana Jaya LRT station which was made in 2025. Hope you enjoy it!

Kelana Jaya LRT Station is an LRT station located in Kelana Jaya, Selangor (western suburb of KL). Before the LRT line extension project was completed in 2015, Kelana Jaya station was the western terminus of the Kelana Jaya Line, hence the line's name. "Kelana Jaya" translates to "Wanderer's Success" or "Success in Wandering". The word "Kelana" means "wanderer" or "traveler". "Jaya" is derived from the Sanskrit word "Jaya," meaning "victory" or "success". In the context of the Petaling Jaya suburb, it was renamed Kelana Jaya in 1983, replacing the name "Sea Port Estate". The name was chosen by the Sultan of Selangor to reflect Malay culture and the area's development potential.
