The DC-9 is back — and this time it's native to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024! Today on Classic Jet Sim Pilot, we're taking the newly released SkySim DC-9 on its first flight, recreating a classic Northwest Airlines operation from Minneapolis–St. Paul (KMSP) to Duluth (KDLH). It's a short hop, but exactly the kind of route where the Douglas DC-9 built its reputation. Northwest Airlines operated the DC-9 family extensively for decades, making the type an iconic part of the airline's fleet and a familiar sight throughout the Upper Midwest.
