MT. KABUNIAN FULL TRAIL ASCENT [ Sulit ang akyat niyo dito! ]

Mt. Kabunian is a popular hiking destination located in the Northern part of Benguet which is in Bakun. It is the “Home of God Kabunyan, the God of the Sky. The elevation of this Mountain is about 1,789 MASL. Kabunian is not good for beginners, ako na mismo magsasabi sa inyo! Di po biro Akyatan ang bundok na ito. It has so many assault. The trail runs for about 8-10 hours its depend upon your pacing. Mt. Kabunian has had the best view and so many panoramic scenic spots along the Trail. Mt. Kabunian is part of the famous Bakun Trio, a Group of hiking spot in Bakun, Benguet. The best time to climb is around 4-5 am, literally the trail was so hot during at noon time. This mountain is one of the most beautiful and yet very challenging for me. Benguet by far has been my favorite hiking destinations because of its beautiful horizons, cooler temperature and their culture.
