In a bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg and hot sauce. Place flour in a separate bowl. 2.) Heat oil. Dredge chicken in egg mixture, then flour. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes. 3.) Mix spices in small bowl. Stir in 1 teaspoon hot fry oil. Toss chicken in spicy oil. 4.)
