Seymour Street Level Crossing, Terang, Victoria, Australia

This is the Seymour level crossing in Terang, Victoria, Australia. This level crossing is located on the Warrnambool railway line. At the time I filmed the level crossing it was a flashing light setup, and was upgraded with boom gates in July 2024 as part of Stage 2 of the Warrnambool railway line upgrade. There is one track going through this level crossing which is broad gauge. This level crossing is maintained by V/Line The level crossing equipment consisted of: A Siemens Type 3 electronic bell on the south western flashing light signal. Westinghouse crossarms with older style Westinghouse LED lights. Level crossing ahead signs with an illustration of a level crossing signal. There are also signs on Swanston Street and Black Street which have an on side road sign below. Level crossing ahead road markings with a rail diagram.
