Washington Reagan National Airport - September 24, 2021

This video encompasses an approximately two hour span of departures from Washington Reagan National Airport, with the airport on Runway 1 operations. Under these operations and in the conditions you see in the video, it is nearly a straight-in visual approach into Runway 1 from several miles out while departures need to execute an immediate left turn upon departing to avoid overflying Washington, D.C. Most of the traffic in this video is American and American Eagle, both of whom have a sizeable operation at Reagan. Multiple views of Runway 1 departures are featured in this video, all of which shot from the same location and within less than two minutes' walk. It should also be noted that during my stint here nearly everyone that was at the location and on foot was wearing a facemask and attempted to scold me for not wearing one. I, of course, did my absolute best to make sure only tower and jet noise was in the video and not other people.
