Level 8 part 2 Conditioning This links to an award scheme created by The Hub Gymnastics Foundations. (gymnasticsfoundations.com) 9 Levels make up the Advanced Gymnastics Award Scheme. Bronze - part, 1, 2 & 3 Silver - part 1,2 & 3 Gold - part 1,2 & 3 Prior to this, gymnasts can work through the General Awards which start with Red Level 1 and working through Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple and Pink to Level 7. Each Level has 10 elements that a gymnast is required to pass in order to receive the award. The conditioning scheme can be used in conjunction with the award scheme and can be used to prepare gymnasts for their next level. Medals and certificates are available to award for both doing the conditioning exercises or passing their level to keep them motivated and focused.
