趙善軒（Dr Gavin S. H. H. Chiu is a historian specialising in economic and intellectual history. In 2026, he will take up an appointment as a Research Associate in SOAS University of London, focusing on economic thought in Qing China. He was elected an Associate Fellow of the Royal Historical Society in 2024 and is also a Fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society. In 2018, his work received the First Prize for Outstanding Research in the History of Chinese Economic Thought. He previously served as a Research Fellow at the Taiwan–Hong Kong Research Centre, National Sun Yat-sen University, and as a Visiting Fellow at the Centre for the Study of the History of Political Thought, Queen Mary University of London. He has also held teaching and research appointments at Bryant University, Beijing Institute of Technology Zhuhai, the Jao Tsung-I Institute of Culture Studies at Shenzhen University, Hong Kong Shue Yan University and the Institute of Modern History, Academia Sinica.
