More about Gus: CURRENT ROLE Focused on transaction advisory services, Gus assists clients with their merger and acquisition transactions and business valuations. Gus serves as a firm-wide resource for valuation-specific questions and client needs. He is responsible for building financial models, discounted cash flow (DCF) models, and market transactions. He prepares/reviews spreadsheet models, performs guideline public company and transaction method analysis, provides financial and business due diligence, and quality of earnings procedures.
