Navratri on Sarod | Day 5 – Maa Skandamata | Raaga Kafi | Samanvay Ray

NAVRATRI ON SAROD — DAY 5 On the fifth day of Navratri, we worship Maa Skandamata, the fifth form of Maa Durga, symbolising maternal love, compassion and divine protection. For this day's musical offering, I present Raaga Kafi on the sarod, celebrating the timeless beauty of Hindustani classical music and the spirit of devotion. Raaga: Kafi Instrument: Sarod Devi: Maa Skandamata Performed by: Samanvay Ray May Maa Skandamata bless everyone with love, wisdom, happiness and peace. This is Day 5 of my Navratri on Sarod series, a nine-day musical journey dedicated to the nine forms of Maa Durga through the soulful sound of the sarod.
