Please subscribe for lots more content coming in future! Tutorial video for Sansho 2 Jo Kata - Chiba Sensei's 21 step partner Jo Kata is shorter but more difficult than Sansho 1. There are short sharp moves as well as counters. Chiba Sensei's Katas demand intense interaction and although we make the moves somewhat safe in these videos there is still chance of injury, particularly to the hands or face or head. This video is in three sections to help with learning: 1. Static version shows individual moves and intent. 2. Slow version shows flow. 3. Normal Speed shows pace and reaction.
