MOUNTAIN HIKING AT KJØSTERUDJUVET NORWAY

Hiking up The coastal coast is a wonderful natural experience with lush vegetation and a special atmosphere. The stage takes just over an hour and a half at normal walking. Kjøsterudjuvet is a 10,000 year old gorge in Drammen . The crack in the mountain is 1300 meters long with a rise of 250 meters. The vertical walls are up to 60 meters high and the gorge is only 4 meters wide at the narrowest. The coastal resort is located on Åssiden , parallel to the Drammen ski center. The gorge extends from Gamledammen at the top and ends in the coast of Kösterudbekken at the bottom.
