小峰的美食探店EP.1～ 打卡PATHONGGO家的脆皮豬肉～ 上次有來打卡過一次，覺得這家的脆皮豬肉很好吃，尤其是蘸著他家的辣椒醋，很不錯的味道！豬肉皮酥酥脆脆的，肉也很多汁。 肉丸冬陰功粉湯，也很好吃！湯頭很濃郁，肉丸很Q彈，粉也糯糯的，正！ 這家的招牌斑斕醬油條也是不錯的選擇，斑斕醬很濃郁，不會太甜！油條也酥酥脆脆，再有椰絲的點綴，豐富的口感！ 最後，品嘗了斑斕醬泰奶，很新奇的體驗，但融合的很好，不膩，淡淡的斑斕香和泰奶香，好喝！ 打卡很有名的紅唇阿姨奶茶～ 想必大家或多或少都在dy上看到過這位紅唇阿姨的奶茶，最有特點的是每一杯奶茶都放了致死量的糖，哈哈哈！ （我排隊了75分鐘才買到！但這期間可以一直看著紅唇阿姨的漂亮與魅力！） 今天點了正常甜的泰式奶茶，都放了足足三大勺的白糖還有兩勺煉乳！真的全程很震驚的表情！ 買到之後覺得還可以，（前提是要等那些冰融化了就不會覺得太甜）不過貴在嘗試嘛！ 紅唇阿姨好漂亮啊～好鐘意～ 果然，認真工作中的女人最有魅力！ 感覺以後出去尋覓的時候，記錄下來也是一個不錯的選擇，記得按時吃飯噢…… Xiaofeng’s Food Exploration – Ep. 1 Checking out the crispy pork belly at PATHONGGO! I’ve been here before and loved the crispy pork belly—especially when dipped in their chili vinegar sauce; the flavor is fantastic! The skin is wonderfully crispy, and the meat is incredibly juicy. The Tom Yum noodle soup with meatballs is also delicious! The broth is rich and flavorful, the meatballs have a great bouncy texture, and the noodles are perfectly chewy—top-notch! Their signature youtiao (fried dough sticks) with pandan sauce is another great choice; the pandan sauce is rich without being overly sweet. The dough sticks are crispy, and the addition of shredded coconut adds a wonderful variety of textures. Finally, I tried the Thai milk tea with pandan sauce. It was a unique experience, but the flavors blended beautifully—not cloying at all, with subtle notes of pandan and Thai tea. Delicious! Checking out the famous "Red-Lip Auntie" milk tea! You’ve probably seen this "Red-Lip Auntie" and her milk tea on TikTok. Her signature move? Putting a "lethal dose" of sugar into every single cup—haha! (I waited in line for 75 minutes to get it! But at least I got to admire Auntie’s beauty and charm while waiting.) Today I ordered a standard-sweetness Thai milk tea; she put in three huge scoops of white sugar and two scoops of condensed milk! I was honestly shocked the whole time I watched her make it! It turned out pretty good (though you have to wait for the ice to melt a bit so it doesn't taste too sweet). Still, it was worth trying! Auntie is so beautiful—I really love her! It just goes to show: a woman is most charming when she’s hard at work! I feel like documenting my food adventures from now on would be a great idea. Remember to eat on time, everyone...
