Big Utah Trains With Helpers, Distributed Power Units, Union Pacific Railroad In Weber Canyon!

Mountain railroads in the west with unmanned helper units pushing as distributed power units (DPU). Union Pacific Railroad runs a lot of heavy freight trains on this mainline between Ogden, Utah and Evanston, Wyoming. I filmed these near Mountain Green, Utah in an area known as Morgan Valley. These were the last 2 trains before the light completely faded and I gave up and went back to my motel room for the night. Filmed May 11, 2019. I have tons of videos to post from Utah and Wyoming while on my trip to film the Big Boy steam locomotive. I have heard DPU units referred to Deployed Power Units. That is what I always refer to them as instead of Distributed Power Units. Just a habit that is probably not accurate. Thanks for watching!
