David: On the Roof (Official Lyric Video) | Scripture Echo

It was the season kings went out to war, but David stayed behind. One night on the palace roof, a king saw what wasn't his and reached because he could. A message, a soldier called home, a letter sealed in ink, and a prophet who looked straight through the crown: "You are the man." A song about power, desire, and the mercy that meets us on the ground. 📖 Inspired by 2 Samuel 11–12 and Psalm 51 "And David said unto Nathan, I have sinned against the LORD. And Nathan said unto David, The LORD also hath put away thy sin." (2 Samuel 12:13) "Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me." (Psalm 51:10) 🎧 "David: On the Roof" is available now on Spotify and all major platforms. 💿 From the album OUT OF THE WHIRLWIND, out October 30th 2026. 🔔 Subscribe for more of Scripture's stories told through song.
