Heysen 105 2023 | Ultra Marathon Documentary | 115km Trail Run

The Heysen 105 is one of the biggest Ultramarathons in SA. Following the Iconic Heysen Trail from the Adelaide Hills to Victor Harbour. Enjoy this video as I take on this incredible 115km challenge for my 3rd time and try to set a personal best on this amazing run. With my gear all set and an amazing crew (my lovely wife), I set out quick to set a new benchmark for this epic event. However, as quite often happens on such a large challenge, I had to overcome and test my endurance....
