Lachman ACL test (positive)

One of the better tests to assess the integrity of the anterior cruciate ligament. In this case the patient had undergone an ACL reconstruction one year prior, but has been having some issues with knee slippage and buckling. It may be due to some damage to the graft, or she may have had a "loose" graft to begin with, and quad/hip strength may be an issue.
