Part Two - Building at Egret Tours Marina - Fallout 4, No Mods.

Hello, and welcome to my build series at Egret Tours Marina, which is somewhere I have never used in my previous play-throughs. I figured it's about time we created something here! I am building a structure up on the hillside overlooking the river, so let's see how it progresses. There will be various techniques used to keep it looking realistic, including the rug glitch , the pillar glitch, the wire glitch, and wireless power. Please ask any questions in the comments and I will be happy to answer them.
