In Berhampur’s Ward No. 39, several families were reportedly stranded in Markandeshwar Vihar after a large area around their homes was submerged. A pregnant woman was among the family members trapped in the waterlogged area. An ODRAF team reached the spot to carry out the rescue operation and brought essential medicines along with dry food supplies. The ODRAF team successfully rescued the pregnant woman and other members of the affected families.
